With more than 15 years of experience in sustainable development, Pete brings a wealth of expertise across various sectors. He has collaborated with private enterprises, public institutions, and non-profit organisations to establish a distinguished portfolio of programmes. His transformative contributions have made a significant impact in areas of the footwear and apparel industry, where he has consistently led the way in sustainability initiatives, raised ethical standards, and advocated for energy-efficient measures.

In his current role as Global Sustainable Business Development at Eurofins, he has been dedicated to advancing supply chain mapping, enhancing traceability, and ensuring organisations understand how best to respond to emerging standards and ways of working. Pete works closely with Client representatives from Brands, Retailers and supply chain organisations in the textile, footwear, apparel and furniture industries.

Mr. Evan has over 30 years of experience counselling companies on customs and international trade law matters. He advises clients in connection with all substantive issues handled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, including the identification of duty savings opportunities, complex customs valuation matters, free trade programmes, tariff classification, marking, customs audits, broker compliance and forced labor issues.

Mr. Troutman is a partner of Norton Rose Fulbright. He concentrates his practice on market access for the US and California, environmental disputes, and business and human rights. Mr. Troutman’s expertise includes regulatory compliance for consumer products, food, cosmetics, and automotive parts; compliance and enforcement for chemicals and pesticides, including Proposition 65; Superfund, environmental regulation, and ESG issues in transactions; and supply chain dynamics involving human rights and CSR issues.

Pratik has over 15 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry and is an active member of ASTM Committee D13 on Textiles and F15 on Consumer Products. In his position, he provides counsel to clients for creating efficient product safety & compliance programs based on industry best practices along with evolving the legislative & regulatory landscape.

Randy has over 25 years experience in risk and supply chain management serving top-tier consumer products companies. Randy has been involved in the development of industry standard methodologies for consideration of working conditions in the supply chain; and the development of company perspectives on supply chain risk management issues. He possesses extensive and first-hand knowledge of supply chain with direct experience in consideration of conditions in most significant sourcing geographies including China, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Guatemala, and Mexico. Randy has been an active participant with the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA) including holding positions on the Executive and Stakeholder Boards. Additionally, Randy is member of the Steering Committee for and the Social Responsibility Committee of the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA) and a frequent contributor to industry and technical publications.

Randy is currently the National Business Line Leader for Assurance Services at Eurofins. In this role, Randy is responsible for developing client relationships and leading service teams responsible for supporting client efforts to identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain considering technical, social, environmental, and security risks in the consumer products sector. Additionally, Randy is the managing director and president of the Eurofins Assurance entities responsible for audits, certification, training and consulting in the food sector in the US.
