Andreas holds a PhD in analytical chemistry and is specialised in chemical analysis and processes connected to consumer products with a focus on packaging materials. Having worked for Eurofins for 20 years in the analysis and legal assessment of food and cosmetic packaging, in 2025 Andreas founded his own consultancy business FCMExperts which supports manufacturer and user of food contact materials in legal compliance issues.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He has more than 40 years of technical experience in analytical chemistry testing, research and development and laboratory management and is familiar with various global regulations and standards related to consumer product safety. He has been with Eurofins MTS for 15 years and is a key part of the USA team in providing technical support and guidance to our customer base regarding regulatory compliance.
