Elizabeth Eaves holds both an MSci degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering. After 5 years spent developing and commercializing bio-based plastics, Elizabeth joined Mattel in 2021 as a Senior Sustainability Engineer where she is responsible for the quality, safety and regulatory compliance aspects of Mattel’s sustainability journey.

Jose has a degree in environmental sciences and a master's degree in circular economy. He is a lead auditor for ISO 14001:2015 certified by IRCA and is specialised in environmental auditing, CO2 measurement and circular economy solutions for the consumer product industry.

He is actively contributing to the re-shaping of the toy industry in Asia engaging with key stakeholders and thought leaders in the region.
